We identified a role for Soupy to
encourage people to loosen up at
work; we called it 'Office
Revolution'.
Offices that continue to function
like factories are destined to fall
behind those that more bravely
embrace the kind of change we
suggested. We knew we had to
show managers the hard facts by
commissioning a study to prove
that employees who work in more
social environments don't just look
forward to work - they produce
more and are more proactive and
loyal. Office Revolution works for
everyone, not just employees.
Getting managers on board would
help plant the seeds of Office
Revolution.
Building on this in creative
development we explored
innovations in office socializing,
break room redesign and
take-a-break kits.
